Dandan launched her agency recruitment career at age 23 and fell in love with the business as a full desk headhunter building out a technical market and eventually an executive search practice from scratch within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
By earning high commissions, obsessively saving, and investing aggressively, something she calls “The Millionaire Trifecta”, Dandan reached financial independence at 28 to become a full-time entrepreneur.
Now, she owns her own recruitment firm, DG Recruit (est. 2018), servicing top billers and recruitment agencies.
